This instruction will only be needed after you have finished installing the hardware drivers.

After you install the WebNetEye software and you are running it for the first time you will see this screen:

Select YES

Step 2

Highlight Channel 1 as shown here.
Then, Click Add Device

Step 3

Click Next

Step 4
IMPORTANT

If you select the wrong card here you will not get video. You will get black screens. This Card ID can be found on the BLUE sticker on the DVR card itself.

Use the drop down box to select the card letter that you have put in the computer…

(CA-801 A)  (CA-801 B) (CA-801 C)
or (CA-801 D)

then click NEXT

Step 5

Leave this box set to NTSC
Then Click NEXT

Step 6

Your done setting the first camera.
Click FINISH

Step 7
You should see video being displayed on the computer screen behind the box below now. That is assuming you have connected a camera to the input port 1 on the DVR card.
Port 1 is at the bottom of the card labeled AV1-IN

Now Highlight Channel 2
Repeat Steps 3 through 6 for each camera that you have connected to the computer

Notice: Do not set up channels in the software if you do not have cameras connected to that channels port on the card. If you do, then the one camera that you have connected will display for a second or two then it will fade to white.

If you need to come back later to add more cameras you can simply by clicking on the
"System Settings" button in the program. That will bring you back to the screen in step 2.

If you bought multiple cards then you will need to select the appropriate card letter for the card that you are installing in Step 4.

It’s best to install one card at a time. Then test to make sure its working before moving on to installing the 2nd, 3rd and 4th cards.

You do NOT have to install the CA-801 A card first.

You can install the cards in any order.

So, if you got a B card just make sure that you select the B card in Step 4

If you got a C card just make sure that you select the C card in Step 4.

If you got a D card then just make sure that you select the D card in Step 4

Just make sure that you do not install two cards with the same letter in the same computer.
