You must be near a fax because you will have to sign some paperwork and fax it back to us.

1st step: Pay for this service.
2nd step: Print out the invoice from the shopping cart. We will need the invoice #when you call.
3rd step: Call us at 214-350-6121 and give us your fax number so we can fax the contract to you.
4th step: Fill out the sheet and fax it back to us.
5th step: We will call you once we have your fax and will get past the admin screen if we can
